In Ontario, California, in the Inland Empire, directly beside Toyota Arena and the Ontario Convention Center, between Ontario Center Parkway and Concours Street. Ontario International Airport and Ontario Mills are both minutes away.

Phase One is coming 2027. Edge, Echo and the Plaza are under construction now.

Two buildings and the Plaza between them. Edge on Lot A carries ~27,000 SF of Plaza-fronted restaurant space below 384 residences. Echo on Lot B carries ~22,000 SF of everyday ground floor below 195 residences.

Lots C through K carry the district past its first two buildings, with public space reserved in the plan. Uses are announced as each phase moves forward.

Edge supports spaces from roughly 2,000 to 30,000 SF; Echo from roughly 1,800 to 11,350 SF. At Echo, B1 with B2 and B5 with B6 can combine; other configurations are a conversation with the leasing team. See available spaces.

Toyota Arena is one of the components of Capital City: a 11,000+ seat venue with approximately 3 million visitors a year, opening directly onto the Plaza.
